Original Afghanistan Flag with Gold Fringe
Up for sale is a very nice and original Afghan flag with a gold fringe. This design of flag was used between 2002-2004 (Transitional Islamic State of Afghanistan), and would have been a common US captured war trophy during OEF. These types of flags were often made by local Afghan sellers and sold to GI’s during their tour. Overall this is a great flag with lots of modern history.
