Original Iraqi Camouflaged M80 Helmet
Up for sale is a very nice and original Iraqi M80 helmet that was camouflaged with a very interesting and uncommon pattern. The shell is covered in various white circles over its factory green finish. The shell was then coated in a light green and yellow overpaint which is very unusual – but most commonly seen prior to the gulf war. With that, this helmet is a real one of a kind M80 likely used before the First Gulf war, and captured during the American campaign.
Interestingly the inside brim show significant damage to she shell. We are unsure how this happened – though it adds to the overall character of the helmet.
